Archimed eProcess
Archimed eProcess is a process-centric module of Archimed eDMS, that can works standalone or together with eDOCS. Archimed eProcess adds tasks, orders and process management tools, and manages and controls response/review cycles and response deadlines.
Electronics business processes on top of eDOCS
Using pre-defined "electronics" process routes and stages that reflect each customer defined process, and using roles based interaction workflows, eProcess easily may be utilized for precise business process management and optimization by utilizing documents directly from the eDOCS document repository.
Review and Approval
Documents may be associated with corresponding letters or notes, and in-review notations may be made to assist final comment reconciliation and document approval.
Correspondence and socument distribution
Receipt control, routing, review/approval and response/action deadline management are all included in eProcess functionality. Guarantees avoidance of missed dates, appointments, action items and correspondence. Notification of action is conducted by both internal messaging facility and e-mail.
