The Archimed eDMS Suite
The Archimed suite is a team of integrated applications for:
Capture documents and files, manage digital content, review, publish, control internal and external revision/version and archive any media, including documents, adobe acrobat copy, images, CAD drawing, sound, video and other media with integrated links to your favorite presentation software for each type of media for instant presentation or processing.
Archimed eDOCS also includes a fast database function to associate key metadata with media, as well as three ways to relate and associate media and documents with each other.
eProcess and Correspondence Management
Completely control the cycle of receipt, orders processing, task,submition, report distribution, review, approval and action of correspondence or other process-driven media.
When integrated with Archimed eDOCS, eProcess provides an integrated, real-time process and relationship management system with full document management and archival
EDR Engineering and Design Review Management
Designed for large designed-based enterprises, such as the automotive, aerospace and power industries, it has been specifically designed for ISO 9001/10001, ANSI N.45 and NIRMA nuclear power archive requirements. When used together with a related CAD viewer (DWG/DXF, Intergraph SmartPlant Review, SIEMENS JT2GO or others), EDR builds the bridge between CAD authoring environment and project supervising authorities for fast, easy and efficient design review process.
PLM Integration
Archimed eDOCS is a perfect first step to full Plant/Product Lifecycle Managemet (PLM). Setting up the digital document framework and distrubution of electronics docuemnts in very short times, Archimed eDOCS is a perfect front end that can be easily set for multi language document distrubution inside an enterprise PLM/MRO environment of SIEMENS Teamcenter.
The open architecture of Archimed, based on Microsoft .NET technologu guarantees fast and easy way to integrate electronics processes and electronics dosucments to any software environment, using standard XML tools.
ERP Integration
To alllow smooth transition to/from more extensive applications, Archimed can use its own ERP back-end engine (1C: Enetrprise ERP), or to be interfaced to industry standard ERP solutions as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/NAV or others, running Microsoft SQL database.
